Regulations

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DICTIONARY OF TERMS

1. These Regulations define the conditions under which you can book holiday cottages Bursztynowa Przystań at: 84-210 Choczewo, Lubiatowo street Spacerowa 39. The regulations regulate the rules of using the Bursztynowa Przystań facility in order to ensure safety and comfort for tenants.
2. Making a reservation is tantamount to accepting the provisions of these Regulations. At the time of booking (paying 40% of the price of the stay), the rental agreement is considered legitimate.
3. The terms used in the Regulations mean:
   • HOUSE / COTTAGE- a holiday house located at: 84-210 Choczewo, Lubiatowo street Spacerowa 39
   • RENTER / CUSTOMER - a person using a holiday home, for which he paid for a specific date
   • OWNER – „BURSZTYNOWA PRZYSTAŃ” K.M.KROMKA S.C.

II. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

1. Booking cottages can be made by:

2. The following data must be provided in the reservation:
   • Date of stay
   • The name of the cottage
   • Expected number of people
   • Name and surname
   • Contact details such as e-mail and phone number
3. Reservations can be made by adults.
4. Confirmation of the reservation is the payment of a deposit of 40% of the reservation value to the following bank account number 15 1240 1444 1111 0011 0594 8615
5. The reservation is ineffective if the deposit is not paid within three days of the reservation.
6. The tenant is obliged to make the remaining payment no later than on arrival to our bank account.
7. Payment is only possible by bank transfer to our bank account.
8. Free cancellation up to 30 days before the rental start date. The advance payment is fully refunded. After exceeding the deadline of 30 days, the customer who wants to cancel the reservation loses the advance payment. It is possible to change the date of the reservation to another, without incurring additional costs, then the advance payment is transferred to the rental at a different date.
9. Cottages SAPPHIRE, EMERALD, AMETHYST and RUBY are adapted for six people. In addition, a maximum of two children up to two years old can stay in the cottage free of charge. There is no possibility for more than 6 people to stay in the cottage (not counting children up to two years old).
   
   Six people and a maximum of two children up to two years old can stay in the AMBER house for the regular price of the cottage. There is a possibility of a hotel extra bed for one person, then for each day we charge an additional 100 PLN. If more people stay in the cottage without the consent of the owner than the regulations provide, guests will be forced to pay PLN 150 for each day for an additional person.
   
   There is a possibility of free rental of a children's set, i.e. a highchair, a bathtub and a travel cot with a mattress and bedding by prior arrangement. The above information must be provided when booking and accepted by the owner, as we have a limited number of baby cots.
10. The owner of the facility is not responsible for delays or shortening of the Lessee's stay, for reasons beyond the control of the Owner, e.g. personal reasons of the Lessee, weather conditions, communication difficulties, disasters, etc.
11. If the tenant shortens the time of stay, the amount for the unused period is not refundable
12. Failure of the Tenant to appear by 12:00 on the day following the beginning of the rental of the cottage, results in cancellation of the reservation. The down aid is not returned.
13. During the New Year's Eve period, a refundable deposit of PLN 1,000 is charged.
14. The deposit is not refundable when damage or deficiencies in the equipment of the cottage are found.
15. The owner reserves the right to return the deposit up to three days after the end of the lease to verify the condition of the cottage.
16. The condition for receiving a VAT invoice is to provide a NIP number at the time of booking.

III. STAY

1. The houses are rented for hotel days. The hotel day starts at 16:00 and ends at 10:00.
2. The property is in silence at night from 22:00 to 7:00.
3. The Bursztynowa Przystań facility consists of five houses: Amber, Amethyst, Emerald, Rubin, Sapphire and a parking lot, garden, playground and utility building. The whole area is fenced and monitored.
4. Accommodation takes place without the participation of the owner of the facility or a person authorised by him. The customer receives information with an access code to the booked house on the e-mail indicated by him. An e-mail with the code will be sent at the earliest one week before the Tenant's arrival.
5. The tenant is obliged to check the condition of the cottage on the day of arrival and report any irregularities to the owner.
6. Tenants bear total financial responsibility for any kind of damage or destruction of equipment or technical devices resulting from their fault or the fault of their visitors
7. The owner of the facility is not responsible for the loss or damage of material belonging to the tenant.
8. It is forbidden to move equipment between houses, as well as to change the arrangement of furniture in the cottage without the knowledge of the owner. Before leaving, any changes should return to their original state.
9. The tenant cannot transfer the cottage to third parties even before the end of the lease.
10. People who are not our guests can stay on the property only with the express consent of the owner of the facility.
11. For each unreported person who will be allowed into the rented house, an additional fee of PLN 150 per person will be added.
12. The tenant, for safety reasons, each time before leaving the house is obliged to: turn off the light, check the condition of electrical devices, turn off the water and close all windows and doors.
13. The owner is not responsible for inconveniences related to: construction or finishing works that may be carried out in the vicinity of the facility, interruption of the supply of utilities (including electricity, Internet) for reasons beyond the owner's control.
14. The tenant is entitled to two free parking spaces for each cottage. It is reserved that the owner is not responsible for damage, loss of the car or other vehicle belonging to the Lessee.
15. There is an absolute ban on entering the property of cars and other motor vehicles of people who are not our guests.
16. There is a total ban on washing vehicles on the property.
17. . In the cottages there is a total ban on smoking tobacco and other substances, including electric cigarettes. A tenant who does not comply with this rule will be charged a fee of PLN 500 for the removal of odours, washing curtains or bedding.
18. Please be advised that smoke detectors are installed in the houses
19. Small dogs up to 15 kg are allowed. The arrival of dogs with a larger body weight must be given prior consent by the owner. An additional fee may apply for this. Arrival with a dog should be arranged at the time of booking. The tenant assumes material responsibility for damage in the cottage and throughout the property of Amber Marina by his animal. The dog must be under the constant care of the owner and can not move around the object on its own. The tenant must make sure that the animal does not approach other guests or animals. Failure to report the arrival of the animal may result in termination of the contract or an additional fee of PLN 500 for the removal of odours.
20. At each of the houses, in a designated place, there is a barbeque - it is allowed to use only charcoal or briquet. Do not grill elsewhere on the property. It is not allowed to move the grill.
21. There is a possibility of free rental of a children's set, i.e. a highchair, a bathtub and a travel cot with a mattress and bedding by prior arrangement.
22. The owner does not provide room service and cleaning of cottages during the stay, therefore it is the responsibility of the landlord to maintain general order in the rented cottage, within it and places intended for common use.
23. The owner is not responsible for personal injury, damage to health or other damage resulting from an accident.
24. The owner provides a playground for children (including sandpit, swings), but we are not responsible for the safety and health of children using the facility. Total responsibility is borne by parents or legal guardians.
25. Fireworks are prohibited throughout the facility.
26. It is forbidden to bring to the facility any substances referred to in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of August 17, 2018 on the list of psychotropic substances, narcotic drugs and new psychoactive substances (Dz. U. pos. 1591) and weapons, as well as explosives.
27. NOn the property there is a ban on loud parties, stag parties, etc. For disturbing the silence of the night and not complying with the regulations, there is an immediate termination of the rental agreement, without reimbursement.
28. The owner of the facility or a person authorised by him has the right to remove guests before the end of the rental date in the event of violation of the rules of these regulations, safety, as well as when the tenants violate order and peace. This is possible after a two-time warning about the consequences of improper or dangerous behaviour. In this case, there is no refund for the rental.
29. The owner may refuse to accept the Tenant, who during his previous stay grossly violated these Regulations of the facility
30. The owner reserves the right to remove a person under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances from the facility.
31. At the time of booking and payment of the deposit, the Lessee confirms that he has read these Regulations and agrees to the terms contained therein.
32. Persons renting a cottage agree to the storage and processing of personal data in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Data U. of 2002 No. 101, item 926, as amended).
