According to Art. 13 par. 1-2 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of
the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of
personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC
(General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter "GDPR") we inform you that:

Purposes and basis of processing. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of: -
art. 6 par. 1 lit. b) and lit. c) RODO - data processing is necessary to conclude a contract or
take pre-contractual measures. Your data will be stored from the end of the lease agreement
up to a maximum of 10 years. Your personal data - if a lease agreement is concluded with
you - financial documents will be stored for 5 years from the beginning of the year following
the financial year in which the contract was completed - in accordance with applicable
regulations and accounting.
- art. 6 par. 1 lit. f) RODO - legitimate interests of the Administrator, in particular the
investigation or protection of claims will be stored for a period of 3 years from their
acquisition or performance of the last action on personal data.
The period of processing your personal data is related to the purposes of their processing
indicated above. In view of the above, personal data will be processed for the time in which
the law requires the Administrator to store data or for the period of limitation of possible
claims, for which it is necessary to dispose of data.
Rights of the data subject. In cases and on the terms set out in the generally applicable
provisions on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access your data and
receive a copy of them, to rectify (correct) data, to delete, limit their processing or object to
their processing, to transfer data and file a complaint to the competent supervisory authority.
Recipient of the data. Your personal data will be transferred to authorised institutions
specified by law and processors that provide services to the Data Administrator and to whom
this data is entrusted.
Providing data is voluntary, however, their lack will prevent the conclusion of the contract.
